Passionate about digging deeper into biomindful living? Join environmental educator Andrea Sanders of Space and Pause and permaculture practitioner Kate Weiner of Loam for an immersive 2 hour workshop that will explore healing herbalism, social permaculture, and biomindfulness. We'll craft gomasio (a calcium-rich sesame seed seasoning fortified with nettles), healing elderberry syrups to ease the transition into colder weather, and customized tea blends to support seasonal wellbeing. Participants will take home sustainably-packaged samples of each herbal remedy as well as a deeper understanding of recipes and resources to turn to in support of biomindful living.
This workshop is an opportunity to cozy up in the kitchen to create, connect, and reflect. We're so excited to share in this experience with you all!
